Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

laCamera is an invite-only community for filmmakers. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use laCamera.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use laCamera. Access requires a valid invite code. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the videos, captions, comments and other content you share. By posting, you grant laCamera a limited licence to host, store and display that content within the app so the service can work. You are solely responsible for the content you share and must have the rights to share it.

4. Acceptable use and zero tolerance for objectionable content

laCamera has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You agree not to post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes anyone’s rights, and not to impersonate others or spam. Accounts that violate this policy may be removed.

5. Reporting, blocking and moderation

You can report any video or user, and block users you do not want to interact with. We review reports of objectionable content and aim to act within 24 hours by removing the content and, where appropriate, disabling the account that posted it.

6. Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you do, you are signed out, you can no longer log in, and your content is removed from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms.

7. Service provided “as is”

laCamera is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will let you know within the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
